After a job, RunOhm can ask for a review. Everyone gets the same ask. The public review link is never withheld based on a private rating.

The default is a review request two hours after the job is done, and one reminder three days later. That timing can be changed per customer.
02No gating
Everyone gets the same ask. A private feedback link may sit next to the review link. It never replaces the review link.
03Platform rules
Requests follow Google's review policies. RunOhm does not filter who is asked in order to collect only happy reviews.
