Field app
Technicians sign in with Google and send job photos from the phone. The app is branded for the business and can be installed on the home screen.
Drafts from real media
Photos and clips become captions, shorts, and blog drafts. RunOhm does not invent a video that has no footage behind it.
A person approves
Nothing goes out under the business name until someone approves it. Trusted posts can be set to auto-approve later. The default is a review.
Console
The office sees the queue, messages, reviews, chat, and the activity RunOhm already records. One login, not a folder of logins.
Follow-up that stays consistent
Review asks, email, and texts use the same templates, with consent and quiet hours. Website chat can hand off to a person.
Sits next to the tools you have
ConnectWise, Google Drive, and the social accounts you already use stay where they are. RunOhm connects them. It does not replace the PSA.

- Job photos to ConnectWiseTechnicians take photos in the tenant app. Those photos land on the ConnectWise ticket or project, and oversized files go to that customer's Google Drive.
- Media and AI contentPhotos and clips come in from the app or a marketing folder in Google Drive. RunOhm tags them and drafts posts and articles from that footage.
- Approvals and socialNothing goes out under the customer's name until a person approves it. Approved posts can publish to the social accounts they connected, and blog posts can go to their site.
- ReviewsAfter a job, RunOhm can ask for a review. Everyone gets the same ask. The public review link is never withheld based on a private rating.
- MessagingEmail and SMS go out from templates. Mail follows CAN-SPAM. Texts require consent, stay inside quiet hours, and use registered business-texting campaigns.
