No. If your business runs on ConnectWise, that work stays there, and Automation adds photos, modules, reports, and automations. The business suite is for businesses that do not use ConnectWise.
What can I use today?
The field crew app, email and SMS, reviews, website chat, and the activity view. CRM, quotes, invoicing, scheduling, agreements, the customer portal, and projects are coming soon.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. RunOhm charges a flat subscription. Your customers pay only Stripe's standard fees. Invoicing is coming soon.
Will texts from my business stay within the rules?
Texts need consent, stay inside quiet hours, and use registered business-texting campaigns. Registration and carrier fees are passed through.
Can my crew use their own phones?
Yes. The field app is an installable web app, branded for your business, for photos and uploads.
