Workspace & MSP

Google Workspace, and someone to run it.

Two parts. New Workspace customers sign up through RunOhm's Google affiliate link and pay Google for the licenses. MSP administration is the ongoing service: users, security, onboarding, and offboarding.

03 · How it works

How it works

  1. 01

    New or already on Workspace

New customers start with the affiliate link. Existing tenants skip that and go straight to administration.

  2. 02

    Google bills the licenses

The Workspace subscription stays on Google's bill. RunOhm does not resell the licenses.

  3. 03

    We administer the tenant

Users, security, and offboarding. The admin login is set up so it does not use one of your paid seats.

  4. 04

    Pick the managed plan

Workspace admin is per user. Essentials and Complete are the MSP plans, also per user.

Questions

Something else? contact@runohm.com

Do you charge for the Google licenses?

No. Google bills the Workspace licenses. The affiliate link is how a new customer starts. RunOhm's fee is for administration, not for the licenses.

What is the difference between admin and the MSP plans?

Workspace admin is administration of the tenant, priced per user. Essentials and Complete are the managed-service plans, also per user. The call is where we match the plan to the office.

Can you take over a Workspace we already have?

Yes. Administration does not require a new subscription. Moving the license billing onto RunOhm is not the current offer.

Google bills the licenses. We run the tenant.
