Does RunOhm replace ConnectWise?

No. Day-to-day business work stays in ConnectWise. RunOhm adds photos, modules, reports, and automations around it.

Where do large photos go?

Files within your attachment cap stay on the ConnectWise record. Larger files go to your Google Drive, and a link is posted on the record.

Can you build a report we need?

Yes. Growth includes 5 custom reports and Pro includes unlimited reports. Every report exports to CSV.
